Sourced from the renowned Margarita region in Colombia, this lot undergoes traditional washed processing followed by sherry cask whisky finishing, creating a truly distinctive barrel-aged coffee experience.

The sherry cask imparts rich sherry whisky notes, beautifully complemented by spices, red sugar sweetness, and roasted walnuts. Cupping reveals prominent sherry whisky aroma with spice and red sugar warmth, followed by roasted walnuts, dried fruits, vanilla, and subtle oak. The finish is long with honeyed sweetness and silky dark chocolate. Soft rounded acidity, full sweetness, and harmonious barrel-aged complexity.

Rias uses a carefully tuned medium-light roast to preserve the delicate sherry, spice, and nutty layers while highlighting clean fruit acidity.
