產區特色
源自巴拿馬傳奇精品產區──奇里基省波奎特（Boquete）的聖塔瑪利亞莊園。莊園坐落於巴魯火山東側山谷，海拔高達1,564至1,946公尺，火山土壤富含礦物質，結合終年雲霧繚繞的微型氣候，延緩咖啡果實成熟，累積高糖分與複雜風味物質。產區受太平洋與大西洋雙重海風調節，日夜溫差顯著，賦予藝妓品種極佳的酸質與花香特質。

處理法特色
採用「精緻日曬處理」：

手工揀選全熟咖啡櫻桃，於高架棚上均勻攤曬。
緩慢乾燥約21-30天，定期翻動確保發酵均勻。
保留完整果肉糖分，強化熱帶水果風味與酒感韻味。

風味表現
香氣：爆炸性的百香果、芒果、草莓等熱帶水果香，中段綻放茉莉花與紫羅蘭花香，尾韻帶葡萄酒醺感與蜜糖甜香。
口感：柑橘般明亮酸質，Body如水果醬般稠密，甜感綿長細膩。
