Thailand Srima SL28 Anaerobic Honey Coffee Beans
This exceptional coffee comes from Srima farm in the high mountain region of Chiang Rai, Thailand. The classic Kenyan SL28 variety is grown at 1,400-1,600 meters and processed with the Anaerobic Honey method, making it one of Thailand’s most impressive fruit-forward coffees.
The anaerobic honey process allows slow fermentation under oxygen-free conditions, dramatically boosting fruit sweetness and flavour purity. Cupping notes are bright and elegant: prominent peach and pink pomegranate on the front, followed by juicy pear, with a long honeyed tropical fruit aftertaste. The acidity is vibrant, with full juicy sweetness and excellent clarity — like drinking a fresh fruit tea.
Rias uses a medium-light roast to preserve the vibrant fruit character and high sweetness while maintaining cleanliness. Excellent in pour-over, cold brew, and espresso.
Pour-over Brewing Suggestion
Brewing Tip:To fully express the peach, pink pomegranate and pear notes, use lower water temperature and longer bloom time.
Perfect for lovers of bright acidity, high sweetness, and bold tropical fruit flavours. Highly recommended for pour-over enthusiasts who want their coffee to taste like fresh fruit juice.
