Colombia Margarita Yu He Pao Litchi Coffee Beans
Sourced from the premium high-altitude Margarita region in Colombia (1,600–1,900m), this limited-batch coffee uses Caturra and Castillo varieties, processed with the signature Double Anaerobic Washed method. The advanced fermentation technique allows the natural fruit essence of the coffee cherries to fully infuse into the beans.
One sip and the incredibly realistic, juicy Yu He Pao litchi aroma explodes — just like cracking open fresh black-shell litchis from Taiwan. Notes of delicate rose, sweet peach, and honeyed tropical fruit juice follow, with bright vibrant acidity, a clean transparent body, and a long lingering litchi sweetness. Grinding fills the entire room with litchi fragrance; as it cools, the fruit-bomb intensity reaches its peak.
Best enjoyed in light to medium-light roast. Perfect for pour-over, iced drip, cold brew, or any method that highlights fruit-forward profiles. Recommended ratio 1:15–1:16 to balance the bright acidity and rich sweetness.
