處理法特色
採用蘇門答臘獨特的「濕撥水洗法」:採收後短時間內去除果皮果肉,保留高黏度果膠層進行短暫乾燥(12-24小時),再以人工刮除果膠。此半水洗、半日曬的工藝賦予豆子獨特的醇厚質地與低酸特性。

風味表現
風味飽滿沉穩:散發明顯的杉木、草本與香料氣息。入口呈現黑巧克力、焦糖般的濃郁風味,帶有土壤調性。口感極度醇厚紮實,如奶油般滑順,酸度極低,尾韻悠長甘甜。

背景亮點
產自印尼蘇門答臘亞齊省高山地區,為最高等級的曼特寧咖啡之一。透過濕撥水洗處理,發展出經典的草本藥香與醇厚Body,是全球低酸度、高醇厚咖啡愛好者的首選。

沖煮參數
最適合使用法壓壺、愛樂壓或深烘焙手沖。建議水溫88-90°C,中粗研磨,可延長浸泡時間以充分萃取其醇厚Body與甜感。
