Colombia Tolima Decaf Coffee Beans
This decaf coffee comes from the Tolima region in Colombia, using Caturra and Castillo varieties grown at 1,400-1,700 meters. It undergoes specialty decaf processing that significantly reduces caffeine while preserving maximum flavour.
Cupping notes are rich and sweet: prominent dark chocolate on the front, followed by nutty and caramel warmth, ending with deep dark sugar sweetness and a silky aftertaste. The acidity is mild, with a full, rounded body and excellent mouthfeel — without the dryness often found in decaf coffees.
Rias uses a medium-dark roast to highlight the chocolate and nutty characteristics, delivering a satisfying full-bodied cup. Excellent in pour-over, espresso, latte, and Americano.
