Congo Blue Mountain Natural
This coffee comes from high-altitude regions in Congo using the Blue Mountain type variety and Natural Process, delivering a flavor profile very similar to classic Jamaican Blue Mountain with unique African fruit notes.
Natural processing retains more fruit sweetness for richer expression. Cupping notes are balanced and sweet: bright citrus on the front, followed by nutty and dark chocolate warmth with red sugar sweetness, ending with a long nutty and creamy aftertaste. The acidity is lively, with clear balanced sweetness and a rounded, smooth body.
Rias uses a medium-light to medium roast to preserve the citrus aroma and chocolate character. Excellent in pour-over, cold brew, Americano, and espresso, ideal for daily drinking.
