El Salvador Finca Los Bellotos Red Bourbon Washed Coffee Beans
This elegant coffee comes from Finca Los Bellotos (Green Owl) in El Salvador. The Red Bourbon variety is grown at 1,450-1,800 meters and processed with traditional washed method, showcasing the clean and refined character typical of Salvadoran coffees.
The high-altitude volcanic soil contributes excellent sweetness and balance. Cupping notes are sweet and harmonious: ripe peach on the front, followed by warm red sugar and cane sugar sweetness, with delicate cocoa undertones. The finish delivers a long honeyed sweetness with subtle nutty notes. The acidity is bright and lively, with a clean, smooth body and elegant aftertaste.
Rias uses a medium-light roast to preserve the fruit sweetness and cocoa notes while maintaining the signature washed cleanliness. Excellent in pour-over, siphon, and espresso.
