Guatemala Acatenango Finca La Hermosa Natural Coffee Beans
This exceptional coffee comes from the volcanic highland region of Acatenango in Guatemala. Grown at Finca La Hermosa between 1,700–1,900 meters, the Caturra variety undergoes traditional natural processing on the slopes of active volcanoes.
The high-altitude volcanic soil gives this bean excellent sweetness and complexity. Cupping notes are bright and rich: ripe black plum on the front, followed by dried mango tropical sweetness, caramel, and walnut warmth, ending with a long honeyed sweetness and nutty aftertaste. The acidity is soft and vibrant, with a full, clean body and excellent sweetness.
Rias uses a medium-light roast to preserve the dried fruit and nutty character while maintaining clarity. Excellent in pour-over, cold brew, and espresso.
