What you will learn

  • Basic operation of a home espresso machine and grinder
  • Correct grinding and dose control
  • Shot tuning: extraction time, dose, yield, and flavor
  • Milk steaming: temperature, texture for latte and cappuccino
  • Basic latte art
  • Make your own espresso drink (latte, americano, cappuccino, etc.)

Class details

  • Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
  • Sessions: 12:00–14:00 / 14:00–16:00 / 16:00–18:00
  • Venue: Room 322, Sing Win Industrial Building, Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong (Rias Coffee roastery)

Suitable for beginners and for those who already own a home machine but want more consistent, better-tasting shots.
