Thailand Srima Kyoho Double Anaerobic Honey
This coffee comes from Srima farm in Chiang Rai, Thailand, processed with the Double Anaerobic Honey method, inspired by Kyoho grapes, delivering a rich and sweet grape-like aroma.
Double anaerobic honey processing dramatically enhances fruit sweetness and flavor intensity. Cupping notes are sweet and tempting: prominent Kyoho muscat grape and rich grape aroma on the front, followed by lychee juiciness, ending with delicate honey and tropical fruit silkiness. The acidity is gentle and bright, with full juicy sweetness and excellent clarity — like tasting a bunch of fresh Kyoho grapes.
Rias uses a medium-light roast to preserve the grape sweetness and rich layers. Excellent in pour-over, cold brew, and espresso.
