· 每個時段為3小時，需提前預約並確認時段可用性。

預約規則
· 請至少提前一天透過 WhatsApp（9751 3651）聯繫 Chris 預約時段並確認可用性。
· 預約時需提供姓名、通行證類型、希望使用的日期和時間。
· 預約成功後將收到確認訊息，未經預約直接到場可能無法使用設備。

烘焙空間設備
專業杯測工具、咖啡配方水系統（Hero/Hero+）、EK43s 磨豆機、Javalytics 焙度儀、生豆水份密度分析儀、VST濃度儀、手沖工具、La Marzocco 商用咖啡機。

生豆購買與使用
· 現場提供超過20款生豆選擇，可即時購買並烘焙。
· 小確幸烘焙或手沖班學員可獲贈$100生豆券（限首次使用通行證時兌換）。

使用目的
· 適用於：SCA烘焙考試練習、烘焙比賽準備、個人或商業用途烘焙。
· 用戶需自行準備包裝材料（如需帶走咖啡豆）。

注意事項
· 使用者需遵守實驗室安全規定，未經培訓者需接受基本操作指導。
· 損壞設備需按實際維修費用賠償。
· 通行證僅限本人使用，不可轉讓或共享時段。
· 季票（10-12月）需在有效期內使用完畢，逾期不作補發或退款。
