Delivery Methods

Collect in store

We're happy to offer self pick-up from our Kwun Tong & Sai Kung Spots. To order, select the store pick up option at the cart page, and fill in one of the store locations you want to pick-up from as shipping address during check out. One of our team members will arrange for you to pick up. We will email you when your order is ready for collection.

The Roastery Lab Studio: Unit 01, 5th Floor, Shing Wan Industrial Building, 15-17 Sing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong

Opening hours: Monday and Wednesday (1:00 PM to 7:00 PM)

 

The RIAS Café: Ground Floor, 34 Market Street, Sai Kung, Hong Kong

Opening hours: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Closed on Tuesdays)

 

Delivery

Packing and delivery will be arranged within 3 working days after payment confirmation.

Shipment reference number will be sent via the website when the goods are successfully shipped.

The third-party express delivery company will be responsible for the shipment and the respective SMS notifications.

Any delivery from our website is unified using a local express company. Customers can select from one of the following: 

Deliver to Hong Kong residential / business address

Pick up at any SF store / SF service centre

 

Arrival Time

Once the order is confirmed and the payment is successful, the products will be delivered within 3 working days (except for pre-orders).

The delivery of products generally takes 1-2 working days, except public holidays.

Delivery will be postponed if the following conditions are encountered:

The recipient information is incomplete, the delivery address is changed or the recipient cannot receive the goods.

In case of bad weather, the delivery may be delayed, or other arrangements will be made.

The delivery date of pre-sales products or special products will be specified when placing the order

 

Check Delivery Status

You will be notified by an email with the waybill number after the order has been shipped. You may then check the shipment status on the official website of the courier company.

If you find the delivery time is too long, please contact the customer service of the courier company.
