Colombia Cauca Valley CGLE Las Margaritas Geisha Honey Coffee Beans | Rias Champion Jasmine Citrus Honey Single Origin

Colombia Cauca Valley CGLE Las Margaritas Geisha Honey Coffee Beans

This coffee comes from Las Margaritas farm under the Café Granja La Esperanza (CGLE) family in the Valle del Cauca region of Colombia, Geisha variety processed with the honey method. CGLE is a renowned Colombian specialty coffee family known for introducing and cultivating high-quality Geisha, and Las Margaritas is one of its key experimental and production sites for rare varieties, at approximately 1550–1850 meters.

Honey processing retains some mucilage, concentrating sweetness and adding complexity. Cupping notes are elegant and delicate: prominent jasmine and citrus florals upfront, followed by berry and honey sweetness, finishing with soft mango or stone fruit aftertaste. Acidity is bright and soft, with refined balanced sweetness and excellent clarity — like sipping a refined floral-fruit tea.

Rias champion team uses a medium-light roast to preserve the floral character and sweetness. Excellent in pour-over, cold brew, and espresso.
