This coffee comes from the renowned Canet Estate in Tarrazu, Costa Rica, part of the famous Musician Series. Each coffee in the series is named after a classical composer, reflecting unique processing and flavor personality. Haydn is a newer addition, expressing the lively elegance of the “Father of the Symphony” through bright, layered character.

Processed with the Raisin Honey method: ripe cherries are slowly sun-dried until raisin-like to concentrate sugars, then pulped with mucilage retained for controlled fermentation, resulting in concentrated sweetness and complex layers. Flavor profile is opulent: bright rose and green apple florals upfront, followed by pineapple, strawberry milk and jasmine tea sweetness, finishing with delicate lavender and warm aged rum aftertaste. Acidity is bright and balanced, with elegant full sweetness and excellent clarity — like sipping a refined floral-fruit tea.

Rias champion team uses a medium-light roast to preserve the floral-fruit character and liveliness. Excellent in pour-over, cold brew, and espresso.

• Water Temperature：88–92°C
• Grind Size：Medium-fine
• Brewing Steps： Bloom 40–45 seconds, 4 pours, total time 2:50–3:10
