This cold brew pack comes from Srima farm in Chiang Rai, Thailand, processed with the Double Anaerobic Honey method and inspired by rose tea, delivering elegant floral and tea-like aromas.

Double anaerobic honey processing enhances floral sweetness and aroma purity. After cold brewing, the flavor is graceful and delicate: fresh rose floral and subtle tea notes on the front, followed by honey and gentle tropical fruit layers, ending with silky floral honey and soft sweetness. Extremely low acidity, elegant balanced sweetness, and an ultra-smooth clean body — like sipping a chilled premium rose tea.

Rias uses a medium-light roast to preserve the rose floral character and honey sweetness. Simply place in cold water or milk and fridge for easy café-quality low-acid cold brew.
