Yunnan Winey Berry Anaerobic Slow Dry Cold Brew Filter Bag
This cold brew filter bag features Catimor variety from high-altitude Yunnan, processed with Anaerobic Slow Dry (ASD) method, developing rich red wine and blackberry character that excels in cold brew.
Anaerobic slow dry allows long fermentation and slow drying in an oxygen-free environment, greatly enhancing winey aroma and fruit sweetness. After cold brewing, acidity becomes gentle, revealing prominent red wine and blackberry / black cherry notes, followed by dark chocolate and spice layers, ending with lingering winey sweetness and silky cocoa. The result is full-bodied sweetness with a rounded, smooth mouthfeel — like drinking a red wine blackberry juice.
Rias uses 12g of optimally ground coffee in an extra-large Japan-made filter bag, with fully automated zero human-touch packaging, daily fresh roasting in Hong Kong, and nitrogen flushing. SGS certified. Simply place in cold or room temperature water and steep in the fridge for 8-12 hours for professional-grade cold brew.
Each cold brew coffee pack contains 6 filter bags. Each filter bag holds 12g of coffee grounds and can produce 200ml of cold brew coffee.
