Rias Coffee was founded by ICU nurse Margaret Lee. She holds dual master’s degrees in Nursing and Cardiology and served over 20 years in public hospitals. In 2023, she transitioned into the coffee industry and went on to win double championships at the Asia Roasting Championship and Taiwan Zhenggang Cup in 2024.

We believe that “high quality should not be a luxury.” With daily fresh roasting in Hong Kong as our core, combined with Japan-made filter bags, SGS international certification, and fully automated zero human-touch packaging, Rias brings champion-level little happiness coffee to busy yet discerning people in Hong Kong — ready in just one minute.
